Competing for the most creative bachelorette party idea? Nailed it.
Fly fishing might not be the first thing that comes to mind, but that’s what makes it perfect. Bring your people and we’ll handle the rest! Great for birthdays, team outings, retreats, or any group looking for a new kind of day outside.
These trips are relaxed, beginner-friendly, and grounded in connection to each other, to the water, and to the kind of quiet you don’t get in your daily routine. We’ll handle the planning and instruction, so you can show up, slow down, and enjoy the day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need any experience?
Nope! Most of my private event guests are total beginners. I’ll walk you through the basics step-by-step, and all gear is provided
How many people can be in a private group?
Anywhere from 1 to 6 is ideal for casting-focused sessions. Larger groups are possible depending on location and event goals. Reach out and we’ll chat!
What’s included?
I provide all the rods, reels, flies, and other gear you’ll need. If we’re outside for a few hours, I’ll also bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray, basically the stuff I’d want on hand if I were fishing with friends.
Where do events take place?
I host events around North Metro Atlanta, often near the Chattahoochee or in local parks with good open space for casting. Want to bring me to your cabin rental or backyard? Let’s talk!
How long are events?
Most private sessions run 1.5 to 2 hours, but I can customize depending on what you want: more instruction, more time outdoors, more snacks, etc.
What should we wear?
Comfy clothes you can move in, closed-toe shoes or sandals with a back strap, and a hat/sunglasses if you have them. No waders needed.
Can you teach kids/teens?
Yes! I love working with young anglers. Just let me know the age range and group size, and we’ll shape something that fits their attention span and energy.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Life happens! You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your event for a full refund. Within 48 hours, I’ll do my best to reschedule, but refunds aren’t guaranteed due to prep time and limited availability. If weather makes things unsafe (like lightning or flooding), we’ll reschedule at no charge.
